When can new patients come in?

Weekdays and weekends are both fine, with no distinction. This arrangement for new patients is not limited to weekdays; visiting on a weekend applies equally.

How are the products handed over?

They are unboxed in person, and checked to confirm they are authentic. The whole process is completed upon arrival, not unboxed in advance somewhere else and then brought over.
