Neal Dorsey

Neal, also known as DJ NEDROC, is a Maryland native who discovered an interest in music as a young child. After graduating high school, Neal enlisted in the US Marine Corps, where he specialized in radio communications. This is when his DJ skills were truly honed and refined. Stationed in California and the Orient, Neal began performing at house parties and local clubs throughout Camp Pendleton, San Diego, and the Philippines. Neal had his own radio show on the Far East Network, and won "Battle of the DJs," while stationed in Hong Kong.

Neal returned home to Maryland and partnered with his older brother to form the Carroll County Music Factory. The duo performed at numerous house parties and held a weekly stint at Chic's, in Howard County. He is a proud husband and father of his two children. His commitment to music excellence continues.  Neal has worked with countless family, civic, community, and fraternal groups; as well as businesses, to meet their entertainment needs.

Duaeno Dorsey
"DJ Deuce"

Duaeno, also known as DJ DEUCE, is originally from San Diego, and later relocated to Maryland with his father. Idolizing Michael Jackson and growing up during the New Jack Swing Era, he developed a passion for music at an early age. In High School, he was captain of the football and basketball teams. Duaeno continued his football career at Lafayette College, where he majored in Economics and Business.  Duaeno  was also a member of the three-time Patriot League champion Leopards football team.

While at Lafayette, Duaeno took numerous music classes including music theory and electronic music composition. He was heavily involved in campus activities and gained popularity as a relevant musicologist, often responsible for providing playlists and music suggestions for local DJs. He premiered his DJing skills at "The Spot," a college-owned nightclub, where he worked as a student manager. 

John Ravas

John Ravas is a New Yorker who transplanted to the Washington DC area. He joined the team in the summer of 2013 to help expand the business into photography services. John grew up in Upstate New York and attended the University at Albany, where he studied Business Administration. His passion for photography was ignited while exploring Ireland during a summer abroad. Now, John enjoys creating unique photo booth experiences for each event he does.
